2. Service Description & Directory Disclaimer

BodyScout operates strictly as an information directory, analytics tool, and discovery engine for publicly available creator profiles across third-party platforms including OnlyFans, Fansly, Reddit, and social media.

All creator names, links, preview imagery, and platform references remain the property of their respective creators and copyright owners. BodyScout does not host, stream, sell, resell, or distribute paywalled creator content.

3. DMCA Copyright Policy & Designated Agent Notice

BodyScout respects the intellectual property and publicity rights of digital creators and copyright owners. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), BodyScout is officially registered with the United States Copyright Office DMCA Designated Agent Directory.

If you are a content creator, rights holder, or authorized legal representative and wish to request the de-indexing or removal of any profile, link, or thumbnail index from our discovery platform, please submit a written notice containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work or creator profile claimed to be infringed or de-indexed.
• The specific URL(s) on BodyScout where the indexed material is located.
• Your contact information (name, address, email address, and telephone number).
• A statement of good faith belief that the indexed material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

4. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Compliance & Exemption Statement

BodyScout is not a producer (primary or secondary) of any visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

BodyScout operates solely as an information search directory, analytics index, and discovery search engine indexing publicly available references from third-party networks. All primary 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping documentation, performer age verification records, and consent forms are maintained by the original content creators and the respective third-party platforms on which the material was originally uploaded and published.

5. Third-Party Platforms & Outbound Link Disclaimers

BodyScout contains outbound hyperlinks to independent third-party platforms (including OnlyFans, Fansly, Patreon, Reddit, X/Twitter, Instagram, and others). BodyScout does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, terms, billing practices, or service quality of any third-party sites.

6. User Accounts & Acceptable Use

Users registering an account agree to provide accurate credentials and maintain the security of their password. You agree not to:

• Use automated bots, web scrapers, or crawlers to overload or disrupt the service.
• Engage in harassment, abusive behavior, or defamation against creators or users.
